Appellate victory for FCOP’s John Hribar and Wendy Lascher

Congratulations to John Hribar and Wendy Lascher on their appellate victory in County of Kern v. Jadwin.  The Court of Appeal upheld an award of attorneys’ fees against they County of Kern for filing a frivolous case under the False Claims Act.
