Ian Elsenheimer is an experienced transactional attorney that takes great pride in his ability to deliver innovative and cost-effective help to clients in all facets of their real estate, business and intellectual property matters.
In the real estate context, he assists with financing, leasing, purchases and sales, title evaluations, tax deferred exchanges, co-ownership arrangements and property tax strategies. Ian also has experience in land use planning, as well as the formation and operation of homeowners’ associations.
Ian is equally effective for his business clients, counseling them on various matters including the selection, formation, operation and dissolution of both for-profit and non-profit business entities.
With a background in technology and entrepreneurship, Ian also advises companies in privacy and data compliance, IP licensing transactions and the protection of IP and technology assets.
Ian obtained his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law (USC). At USC, Ian received high honors grades in numerous courses, including business organizations, real estate law and business, partnership taxation, secured transactions and international human rights.
When not practicing law, Ian enjoys spending time with his family, surfing, playing volleyball, traveling and watching Los Angeles Lakers basketball.
