Jamie C. Holzer White
Jamie’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, trust administration and probate. She has extensive knowledge of charitable estate planning strategies.
Jamie earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies at the University of California Santa Barbara, where she graduated with honors. She received her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. She completed a master’s in tax law with High Distinction at Loyola Law School, where her coursework emphasis was in estate planning. Jamie is a member of the California State Bar.
Prior to joining the firm, she was Assistant Vice President of Legal Services of a software company, where she provided client education and customer support for charitable tax planning software. In addition, Jamie taught at seminars on tax-wise charitable giving and wrote weekly articles for national charities to publish in their newsletters to contributors. She has also previously practiced in tax resolution.
Jamie actively volunteers with several charitable organizations in Ventura County. During law school, she was selected to participate in the Tax Appeals Assistance Practicum for the California State Board of Equalization’s Taxpayers’ Rights Advocate Office. Jamie also volunteered as a mentor in a rehabilitation program that taught the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques to incarcerated juveniles and jail inmates.
Jamie is a California native. She enjoys crocheting, softball, paddle-boarding and any activity that includes her dogs. She lives in Ventura with her husband, Nicolas.
