Lauren C. Rad

Lauren Clark Rad’s range of business-oriented civil litigation exemplifies the breadth of capabilities Ferguson Case Orr Paterson’s attorneys offer. Her practice includes handling partnership disputes, contractual matters, fraud and other business litigation issues. Lauren also advises businesses and individuals on employment-related subjects such as wage and hour regulations, nondiscrimination compliance and wrongful termination.

A 2010 graduate of Harvard Law school, Lauren practiced for three years in Los Angeles at Foley & Lardner before joining our firm. She was also an intern at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law of the Boston Bar Association and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination before that. Currently, Lauren participates in the Ventura County Bar Association, the CPA/Law Society, the Jerome H. Berenson chapter of the American Inns of Court and the UCLA Alumni Association (she graduated magna cum laude from UCLA after majoring in history with a minor in Spanish). Lauren also worked at a juvenile detention center in Cusco, Peru, after earning her undergraduate degree.

When not practicing law or volunteering in her community, Lauren enjoys photography, knitting and spending time with her husband and daughter.
