Bill Lascher’s book signing was a huge success last Wednesday evening. Bill presented the story of his research, interviews and travels behind Eve of a Hundred Midnights. Eve of a Hundred Midnights is the unforgettable true story of wartime correspondents and newlyweds Melville Jacoby and Annalee Whitmore, and their daring island-hoping run for their lives across the Pacific after the fall of Manila during World War II.
