The millions of dollars civil litigator Leslie McAdam has secured and saved for her clients during real estate disputes represents just part of the value she brings to Ferguson Case Orr Paterson. Experienced with neutral arbitration, commercial unlawful detainers and other matters, Leslie has been lauded widely for her commercial real estate-focused practice.

Leslie came to Ferguson Case Orr Paterson in 2002 after drafting energy and environmental legislation as a deputy counsel at the nonpartisan Legislative Counsel Bureau of California. A 2000 graduate of the Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon, Leslie also earned a certificate in environmental and natural resources law and was an associate editor of the school’s Environmental Law review. In 1997, Leslie graduated summa cum laude from the California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo, where she earned a bachelor of sciences degree in forestry and natural resources. She also studied Spanish at Spain’s Universidad de Granada in 1996.

With more than fourteen years as a member of our team, Leslie also dedicates her energy in service of the community. She has been a volunteer attorney with Santa Clara Valley Legal Aid since 2009.
